| Abstract | In order to get environmental information from the coastal area of Maranhão State, Geographical coordinates Latitude S 02°25′23″ Longitude W 44°06′12″, the objective of this paper is to map land cover at test-site town Raposa, using WorldView-2 satellite images, the OBIA paradigm (InterIMAGE software package) and data mining techniques.
