Editing on-line Proceedings without printed book
Editing table of contents
1. Install a contents tcl page (like in iconet.com.br/banon/2007/05.10.18.01)
set numberOfSubstitutions 1
fill out the mirror repository field with the appropriate mirror
(otherwise the theme list order will be sorted alphabetically)
define the theme list (using the Administrator page for customizing the conference forms)
map each paper to its theme (using the Work Selection page)
.tex must be the targer file (e.g., content.tex)
2. Update the tcl page with
set sortedFieldName {key}
set latexOptionList {createpagelistfile}
# set linkType to 4 (doesn't work with some previous redirection)
set linkType to 8
(the computer must be connected to the internet to run pdfinfo - banon-pc2:80 must not be running),
pageList.txt is created
3. Copy the pageList.txt file from the doc of the repository containing the tcl page
to col/dpi.inpe.br/banon-pc@1905/2005/02.19.00.40/auxdoc
4. Run the "Update pages field" option from the administrator page.
5. Update the tcl page with
set latexOptionList {createpagelistfile}
(the computer must be connected to the internet)
or with
set latexOptionList {}
(the computer need not be connected to the internet)
6. Run the "Add header and navigation" option from the administrator page with, for example,
Volume 2 header:
Proceedings of the 8$^{\\\\textrm{\\\\scriptsize th}}$ International Symposium on Mathematical Morphology, \\\\\\\\ Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Oct.\\\\ 10\\\\,--13, 2007, MCT/INPE, v.\\\\ 2, p.\\\\ \$firstPage--\$lastPage. \\\\\\\\ \\\\vspace{3pt} \\\\tiny http://urlib.net/\$repName

The pdf in the repositories listed in pageList.txt are processed (adding header and navigation)
pageList.txt (in col/dpi.inpe.br/banon-pc@1905/2005/02.19.00.40/auxdoc) must have the first line and the last line consisting of just an hyphen (-)
7. Optional, in the contents repository:
change the target file name in order to point to the cover
change the content type from Tcl Page to empty
