Event´s Location

ISMM 2007 will take place at Luxor Regente Hotel in Copacabana Beach, one of the most famous beaches of the world. Luxor is just four blocks from ICCV’s hotel and the walk is very agreeable under nice wheather and a beautiful view. Luxor is a four-star hotel with a spacious conference room and a couple of smaller rooms for courses. In October 2006, the rates for standard single rooms at Luxor Regente were about a hundred dollars per day, including a nice breakfast. There are also more expensive rooms with nice views of the sea.

The main access to Rio de Janeiro is via airplane. In Rio, there are two airports: Galeão-Antonio Carlos Jobim International Airport at Ilha do Governador and Santos Dumont Local Airport in downtown. The way to get from the airports to the hotel is by taxi. We recommend the use of official taxi services (e.g. "Radio-Taxi") at the airports.
