| Abstract | Este relatório descreve as atividades da expedição de campo realizada no Baixo Tapajós, no período de 08 a 19 de junho de 2015, e apresenta sumariamente os principais resultados sobre o levantamento realizado em 27 comunidades ribeirinhas, durante esse período. Das 27 comunidades visitadas, 21 delas foram amostradas em outra expedição de campo realizada na mesma região em 2009. O levantamento de campo, relatado neste documento, teve por objetivo caracterizar a realidade socioeconômica e ambiental das comunidades, através de entrevistas com informantes-chave, baseadas em questionários semiestruturados, referentes ao: 1) Histórico e características da população; 2) Infraestrutura; 3) Serviços e equipamentos de saúde; 4) Serviços e equipamentos de e educação; 5) Uso da terra; 6) abastecimento e; 7) Uso de produtos extrativistas de origem animal e vegetal. Os resultados mostraram que as comunidades visitadas apresentam diferenças e semelhanças socioeconômicas e ambientais relacionadas com o histórico de ocupação e ao contexto socioeconômico atual. A relação de dependência entre as comunidades com outros núcleos populacionais e cidades está fortemente relacionada com a presença de serviços de saúde e educação, emprego e com os núcleos familiares. O levantamento possibilitou ampliar o conjunto de comunidades visitadas e incluir novos temas nos questionários aplicados, não contemplados em outras campanhas de campo no Baixo Tapajós. Com os resultados obtidos espera-se realizar análises mais aprofundadas observando a evolução temporal das comunidades revisitadas entre 2009 e 2015. ABSTRACT: This report describes the activities and preliminary results of the field expedition carried out from June 8 to 9, 2015 on 27 riverine communities of Lower Tapajós River. Twenty-one communities were already visited in 2009 field expedition. The main objective of this field survey was to characterize the socio-economic and environmental reality of these communities. To reach this, interviews with key informants were applied based on semi-structured questionnaires relating to: 1) History and population characteristics; 2) Infrastructure; 3) Health (equipment and services); 4) Education (equipment and services); 5) Land use; 6) supply; 7) Use of extractive products of animal and plant origin. The results showed that these communities have socioeconomic and environmental differences and similarities related to occupation history and the current socioeconomic context. The dependency relationship between communities and other sites is strongly related to the presence of health, education, employment and family. Thus, this survey allowed the sampling increase and the incorporation of new themes that was not previously contemplated for the Lower Tapajós, which will allow further analysis and the possibility of observing the evolution of the studied communities. Therefore, it is expected further analysis incorporating the temporal evolution of the revisited communities between 2009 and 2015. | |||||||||
