AbstractO desenvolvimento científico e tecnológico impactou profundamente as relações sociais, culturais e as formas de comunicação. Essas mudanças influenciaram nas formas de interação, observação e representação do espaço geográfico, permitindo um estudo mais aprofundado da dinâmica espacial em sua análise espaço-temporal. O método educacional se inclui nesse panorama, pois o processo de ensino e aprendizagem sofre influências do meio, e necessita formar profissionais com conhecimentos, competências e habilidades, visando à formação humana integral e para a construção de uma sociedade justa, democrática e inclusiva. Para isso, os professores contam com diversas ferramentas didáticas, dentre elas as geotecnologias, que permitem o estudo geográfico de forma sistemática e instrumentalizada. Apesar do seu desenvolvimento no meio acadêmico, observamos a necessidade de incluí-los no ensino formal. Desse modo, o presente artigo busca realizar uma análise teórica dos principais recursos geotecnológicos, visando guiar os professores da Educação Básica quanto às orientações expressas na Base Nacional Comum Curricular, e a aplicabilidade em sala de aula e no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. ABSTRACT: Scientific and technological development has profoundly impacted on social, cultural relations and forms of communication. These changes influenced the forms of interaction, observation and representation of geographic space, allowing for a more in-depth study of spatial dynamics in its spatio-temporal analysis. The educational method is included in this panorama, as the teaching and learning process is influenced by the environment, and needs to train professionals with knowledge, skills and abilities, aiming at integral human formation and for the construction of a just, democratic and inclusive society. For this, teachers have several teaching tools, including geotechnologies, which allow geographic study in a systematic and instrumentalized way. Despite their development in the academic environment, we see the need to include them in formal education. Thus, the present article seeks to carry out a theoretical analysis of the main geotechnological resources, aiming to guide Basic Education teachers regarding the guidelines expressed in the National Common Curricular Base, and the applicability in the classroom and in the teaching and learning process.
