ABSTRACT: In order to continue the project "ENGENHARIA DE SISTEMAS DO PROJETO NANOSATC-BR3'' carried out in the period 2020-2021 on an IC&T PIBIC/INPE grant in partnership with UFSM, this work integrates Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) in the initial conceptual design phases of the CubeSat NANOSATC-BR3. This project is part of the NANOSATC-BR Program, Development of CubeSats, which includes as one of its main objectives the development of human resources in the Brazilian space sector. Currently, the Program monitors two operating nanosatellites, the NANOSATC-BR1 and the NANOSATC-BR2. As well as the NANOSATC-BR3, which is currently witnessing the end of its conceptual phase. As previously proposed, the project aims to use MBSE software with a Systems Engineering method embedded in the tool. During the period 2020 2022, through interviews, stakeholders' needs and requirements were analyzed and elaborated. This information was broken down into operational, functional, logical and physical aspects in the tool, which resulted in the preliminary definition of a viable concept solution derived and traced back to the needs of stakeholders. MBSE continues to prove vital for the development of the conceptual phase, given the ease of carrying out validation with stakeholders compared to using documents exclusively. Because they have the characteristic of being interactive, Systems Engineering and MBSE made it more practical to visualize the project as a whole and add new stakeholders and, consequently, their requirements and needs. The present work presents the third iteration of the phase, and the mission definition is formed with all the deliveries and information necessary to carry out the first project review, MDR, of the NANOSATC-BR3. The Program and Projects have the support of the Brazilian Space Agency (AEB), Ministry of Science and Technology and Innovation (MCTI) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). |
